Baking sheet giving you the motif on top of the side of cakes. Apply them the same as when you apply the baking paper inside the pan. It is the same as baking paper, what makes them different is the motif that will stay on cakes after the cakes is done and out from the oven. The size is 40 x 60 cm.

For better use,  use a small layer of Creamix between baking sheet and jocode recipe.

Joconde recipe:

• Ground Almond             250 gram
• Icing Sugar                   250 gram
• Egg                                  5 butir
• All purpose flour             50 gram
• Egg white                        8 butir
• Melted butter                100 gram

How to:

• Mix well ground almond, icing sugar with egg. Put in all purpose flour. (Batter no. 1)
• Mix egg white until stiff peak then pour into batter no. 1
• Pour in melter butter
• Prepare pan which has been layered with baking sheet and thin layer of Creamix.

How to make Creamix:

• 100 gr Creamix
• 45 ml Milk

Mix well then apply a thin layer on top of baking sheet.
